woke up this morning and found this on my doormat- looks like today is going to be somewhat disjointed…

in october 2008 i was approached by the then-science council of great britain and asked to devise a ‘welcome package’ of sound and vision which would be presented to would-be extra-terrestrial alien visitors in the event of an incident of that nature occurring within british borders.
i accepted immediately and after six months had produced a postcard tryptich and short music mix which I felt represented us aptly not just as britons or indeed humans but as a planet.
